Stephanie has worked in the community and voluntary sector for over 20 years and has a special interest in social enterprise and community development.
Stephanie was the first Director of Unltd in NI and worked with a variety of organisations both statutory and community. For the last 4 years she was the manager of the West Belfast Social Enterprise Hub and provided training and mentoring to organisations and individuals who were contemplating establishing social enterprises. Stephanie also owned and managed a private Nursery for over 6 years. She is a Guest lecturer at University of Ulster for the Community Development – Social Enterprise Module.
In 2016 Stephanie was awarded the inaugural ‘Inspiring Woman of the year’ 2016 by Business Online in recognition of the work she has done with individuals and organisations in helping them set up their businesses.
